For my architectural media course, Ellen Shoumei Wu modelled and carved the form of Yale Sculpture Professor Emeritus Erwin Hauer’s Design 201 architectural screen, documented on his book called “Continua-Architectural Screen and Walls”. As my teacher, Prof. Hauer had a strong influence on me.

How do tools, approaches and processes shape how a designer thinks? I’m intrigued with the way we do things shapes what is produced. Take a look at my experiments and my students’ work to see some results. This website is a way to explore how Wordpress can help a designer express ideas.
